Biography

Hello.  I was born and raised on a farm in Northern California.  After graduating from Sonoma State University, I was employed in the media industry and various international marketing firms taking me around the world, and at one point, living in France.  I am also a licensed Mediator.

In 2012, my best friend overdosed and passed away.  Looking for answers to the addiction plague, I ended up changing careers and found myself drawn to the Treatment Industry.  As the Director of Operations at The Recovery Resort, I enjoy the challenges that come with the position but what I like most is the interaction with clients and going above and beyond to help change the direction of the clients I encounter. In my spare time, you will find me volunteering and rescuing abandoned pets.

quest to realign the self with adventure and the “Hero’s Journey,” I have created the Mind Body Heart Soul Retreats as a way to learn from others and to connect with truth and Ancient Wisdom as I love to learn from others. My philanthropic desire to serve the community, work with at risk youth, and encourage self-actualization has brought me to become a therapist and has been serving the community in this fashion and others for many years.

Creating Mind Body Heart Soul Retreat is a passion that derived from self-healing, self-love, and connection to higher purpose and Source love. Currently, I am integrating mixed-modalities of therapy and other disciplines in my work as an Associate Marriage Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor.

I have presented and am a member of American Psychological Association under the Humanistic Division 32 and continues to fascinate at the vast amount of untapped potential we all have. I plans to continue to offer a plethora of emotional, social, spiritual, psychological, and physical information that will further expand awareness of self and the journey within.
