Jamila Charles

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong foundation in education and
psychology, I bring a holistic and person-centered approach to leadership and clinical care in the
substance use disorder field. I hold a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in
Industrial Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.A. in Counseling
Psychology from Argosy University. Throughout my career, I have specialized in providing
therapeutic services to adults facing addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges,
guiding them toward recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness. As Clinical Director, I am
dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care, fostering a collaborative and
compassionate treatment environment, and supporting both clients and our clinical team in
achieving meaningful, sustainable change.
